2018 What A Year!

With every year there are ups and downs, triumphs and challenges. I guess that is how we grow each day and learn from mistakes and challenge ourselves to do better. This was such a wonderful year for me and my family and I wanted to share some highlights with all of you. Thank you again for following along with me. This March will be my 11th year blogging and I swear it only gets better with time. I am so very thankful for all of you who follow along, read my blog posts, comment, follow me on FB, IG, Twitter, and Pinterest. Without you I would not have had some of the amazing opportunities I had this year and with that said I am eternally grateful for all of you. Happy New Year and I can't wait to see what 2019 brings!

January:

ABC 30 interviewed me about my blog and you can read about it here and watch the video.

This was a big accomplishment for me. I traveled all the way to San Diego with the kids by myself, stayed in a hotel and we all survived! Look out summer 2019! Check out the blog post here and if you have never been to LEGOLAND California it is amazing and my kids love it.

Blake and I celebrated 14 years of marriage in July. We were high school sweethearts and have been together more than 22 years! Check out the blog post here.

We also went to Disneyland, Candytopia, and Skirball

This was another trip I took alone with the kids and the only bad part was that I forgot all of our luggage at home. Thank God for Target.

Carter turned 7 in August and we celebrated at his favorite place ever - SkyWalk. We had an incredible birthday party for him that SkyWalk hosted. Check it out here.

We were invited to a special screening of Small Foot and we LOVED it. Check out the blog post here.

As you can see, it has been an amazing year. I am so thankful for the opportunities I have had, the travel, the companies that I have worked with, and that I have turned this into a full time job with a pay check. Happy New Year's Eve Eve!
