Patricios Do Oahu

Well it is no secret how much we love Hawaii. We have always said if we could only travel to two places the rest of our lives it would be Disneyland and Hawaii. I know we are total creatures of habit. We recently spent 10 days in Oahu and we had the best time. It was just our family of four and it was good for us to be together, connect, laugh, talk, swim, eat and enjoy each other before Blake begins busy season (we farm cantaloupes and honeydews during the summer and into October).  While in Oahu these past 10 days we were able to celebrate Kennedy's 4th birthday and my birthday as well. There is truly nothing like spending your birthday in Hawaii! We realized we were in Kauai during the months of March and April and in Oahu during the months of May and June! Four months in a row in Hawaii, I could get used to this. We are so blessed and had the most amazing trip. Here are some photos from all of our fun.

There has always been a special place in my heart for Oahu. When I was graduating high school my graduation gift from Blake's parents was a trip with their family to Oahu. It really seems like yesterday. We stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and I had different Hawaiian dresses for every single night. Not much has changed since 1999.

The first 5 days of our trip we spent in Ko Olina. It is a little less crowded and we really like the Marriott Beach Club in Ko Olina because of Mermaid Kariel. My kids are obsessed with her. She visits the Marriott Beach Club pool on Wednesdays and Thursdays and swims with the kids and plays games with them in the pool and reads them a story. She seriously looks like a mermaid and plays the part so well.

We celebrated Memorial Day in Hawaii

Shave ice by the pool is always a must

We went to the Aulani and celebrated Kennedy's 4th birthday!

The last 5 days we spent in Oahu at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. It is just the best hotel ever. It has so much to offer that you basically never have to leave the property. I have a whole post on the Hilton Hawaiian Village that you can read here.

I love The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.  Kyle Richards has been my favorite from the beginning.  When I ran into her husband Mauricio I was so excited.  He was alone and just in Oahu on business for one night.  He was so nice.

We were invited to visit the Waikiki Aquarium and you can read more about it here.

Almost every morning we went to Leonard's for malasadas

Another favorite are these Hawaiian style hot dogs

We get a polish dog, spicy garlic lemon secret sauce, mango relish, and lilikoi mustard.  Make sure you get a fresh squeezed lemonade.

This little one became obsessed with the little umbrellas that came in our drinks.  She wanted them all and wanted to save them.  Throughout the trip I would find them in my purse, stroller, suitcases, beach bag, etc.

Love Laniakea Beach where turtles just come up on the sand.  You are not allowed to touch them.

House Without A Key was one of the best new places we ate.

We love visiting the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.  Everything is pink and perfect in every way.

 Best chocolate pie ever

We love the rocking chairs in front of Moana Surfrider

Olive and Oliver is my favorite place to grab coffee and the boutique is so cute

Drinks in pineapples are always a good idea

I love his shirt
