Trader Joe's Mini Pumpkin Spice Cakes

I have the perfect desert for Thanksgiving, whether you are hosting or need to bring something. Pick up a Trader Joes pumpkin spice sheet cake and these adorable chocolates from Trader Joes too. Use a round biscuit cutter to cut out the mini cakes and top each one with piece of chocolate and serve. This is the perfect bite size desert! This works best with the cake out of the fridge (cold) so the cutter goes smoothly through the cake and pulls out nicely. This recipe idea is affordable and takes no time.  Watch the tutorial here.

Let's make Boo-Schetta

We are exactly 1 week away from the premiere of Wizards Beyond Waverly Place on Disney Channel. Let's make Boo-schetta to eat while we watch the first 2 episodes next Tuesday October 29th. Cut french bread in 3 inch slices, cutting it in half again. Put the bread on a baking sheet, add some olive oil, and put it in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 450 degrees. Take fresh mozzarella and Halloween cookie cutters and cut out some ghosts and bats. Top the bread with arugula, bruschetta sauce from Trader Joes, add balsamic glaze and top with the mozzarella ghost or bat. Use the balsamic glaze to add faces to the bats and ghosts. Serve and enjoy!  Watch the tutorial HERE on how to make Boo-schetta.
