Pixar Putt Is NOW At The Disneyland Resort

It’s time to kick some serious Putt! Pixar Putt is NOW at the Disneyland Resort. This pop-up mini-golf sensation is made up of interactive putt-putt holes inspired by the stories, characters, and icons from some of Pixar’s most beloved films, including Elemental, Wall-E, Monsters, Inc., Cars, Turning Red, Ratatouille, Toy Story, A Bug’s Life, Coco, Inside Out 2, Luca, Soul, The Incredibles, Finding Nemo and Up. Universal Studios Hollywood is getting Wicked

Universal Studios Hollywood is getting Wicked! At the beginning of November we were invited to celebrate the release of Wicked movie and try some of the new foods, drinks, treats, check out all the Wicked movie merch (some of the merch is exclusive only to the park), see the costumes from the film AMC Theaters on Universal City Walk and more. Sadly we could not make it the day they invited us, but recently when Universal Studios Hollywood invited us for Grinchmas we were also able to experience and celebrate all of Wicked! All of this will only be at the park for a limited time, so make sure you visit Universal Studios Hollywood soon.  Check it all out here.

Fantasy Theater In Disneyland

This holiday season create special memories with Santa and classic Disney characters which may include Chip ‘n’ Dale, Goofy and Pluto, and more at Fantasy Theater in Disneyland right across from It’s A Small World. Enjoy making crafts, writing letters to Santa, sing along to timeless holiday songs, join story time listening to A Christmas Carol, watch some animated holiday shorts, take in the music by The Dickens Yuletide Band, snack on holiday treats, find holiday gifts to help complete your wish list, take photos in winter-themed scenes and get your picture with Santa! It is a huge covered outdoor theater, so this is perfect to sit and take a break or let kids run around and get their wiggles out. We have visited Universal Studios every December since 2016 and I am here to share with you why it is my favorite time to visit and why you should go this holiday season!

Celebrate Halloween Time At Downtown Disney

Halloween time is here at Disney Parks and if you don't have tickets to the parks there are still so many ways to celebrate Halloween time at Disneyland. Head to Pixar Place Hotel and see the adorable pumpkin backdrop and all these hand painted Disney Pixar pumpkins. Next head to Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and take photos in front of the spooky full moon backdrop and make sure you check out the other side where you can see a magic mirror, pumpkins, a cauldron and more. Make sure you check out the Evil Queen cake and try to find all 13 hidden Mickeys! Visit the Great Hall Cart and pick up some sweet treats. Don't miss the Disneyland Hotel's cute backdrop with pumpkins. Go inside the hotel to see lots of Haunted Mansion decor, hitchhiking ghosts on elevator doors, and the cutest giant Mickey Pumpkin backdrop. You can also participate in Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit, a fun scavenger hunt throughout Downtown Disney, looking for Disney themed pumpkins with hints on your map. There is so much Halloween decor throughout Downtown Disney. You could spend an entire day just visiting the hotels, eating, shopping, and doing Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit. So what are you waiting for?! See The Broadway Musical Wicked in San Francisco

Are people Wicked? Or do they have wickedness thrust upon them? Find out when you see Wicked The Broadway Musical in San Francisco.  Blake and I have seen Wicked twice. The first time in SF was in 2003 when it made its Broadway debut. It was emotional and so amazing taking the kids to see it today for their first time. They have grown up listening to the soundtrack and hearing how it is my favorite Broadway play and today they got to experience it live. I highly recommend watching The Wizard of Oz first and now is the perfect time to see Wicked before the movie takes center stage this November. It is playing in SF now until October 13. It is 2 hours and 45 minutes (including intermission). It will be in LA December 4 - February 2 and San Diego Feb 5 - March 2.  Watch all the fun we had here.

Universal Studios Hollywood NEW 60th Anniversary Tram Tour

Have you ever wanted to get off the Universal Studios Hollywood Tram Tour and step onto the studio backlot to pretend you were actually in a movie?! Pixar Fest 2024

Get ready to celebrate friendship and beyond with Pixar Fest at Disneyland and DCA from April 26 through August 4. We are so excited for Pixar Fest. Here are some things you can't miss! Together Forever: A Pixar night time firework show in Disneyland. Better Together: A Pixar daytime parade in DCA. Club Pixar: Music, dancing in Hollywood Backlot in DCA. Pixar Pals Playtime Party: This will be at FantasyLand Theater in Disneyland by Small World. There will also be character meet and greets with all your favorite Pixar pals, themed foods, sweet treats, and limited time merch like fun popcorn buckets and more. Also don't forget to zip, whirl, and weave on your favorite Pixar rides (list of Pixar rides below).  We have been attending the Halloween after hours party at Disneyland/DCA for over 10 years.  It is our favorite.  It used to be at Disneyland and now it is held at DCA.  Tickets go on sale in the summer and they usually sell out immediately.  This is a separate ticket event.  It is the event of the year, so from a family of 4 that has gone easily over 10 times let me share with you everything you need to know.

I first want to say this was my third time seeing Taylor Swift and this was by far the best show I have ever seen in my entire life.
