Let’s Make Cheeseburger Ghost Pies! These spooky little cheeseburger ghost pies are the perfect savory treat for your next Halloween watch party! They’re easy to make, delicious, and just too cute. Watch the tutorial here.
Here’s how to make them:
Sauté 1 yellow onion. Add 1 pound of ground beef. Stir in some shredded cheese.
Roll out a sheet of pie dough and use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter or a ghost template to cut out your shapes.
Use a straw or whatever you have on hand to cut out little eyes and a mouth on half of your ghosts.
Place some of the cheeseburger mixture in the center of each ghost, making sure to leave room around the edges.
Lightly brush water around the edges with your finger, then place another piece of dough on top.
Use a fork to crimp and seal the edges. Place your ghost pies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush the tops with egg wash and bake at 425°F for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
These would be such a fun treat to make while watching Devon Sawa on Freeform this October!
