Disney's Christopher Robin

Any day spent with you is my favorite day. So today is my favorite day.
- Winnie The Pooh

Yesterday was one of those moments I will never ever forget. I was invited to view a special screening of Christopher Robin at Walt Disney Studios in Burbank. I got to bring the kids and it was just amazing. If you know me personally, you know how much I love anything Disney and we have been so excited for this movie. So to be invited to see a special screening of the movie before it is released to the public tomorrow Friday August 3rd and walk around at Walt Disney Studios was a day I will never forget.  You can click here for some activity sheets, coloring pages, mazes, a door hanger, etc.  My kids loved these activity sheets and it got them excited for the movie!

If you are not familiar with Walt Disney Studios it is in Burbank, CA and it is just glorious. It is an American film studio and one of the four major businesses of The Walt Disney Company. There are sound stages and back lots and it is just magical. It was a pinch me moment yesterday.

My children and I loved the movie. Carter will be 7 in just a few days and Kennedy is 4. They sat through the whole movie and loved every minute. I don't think I recommend the movie for children under the age of 3 or 4 because it may not hold their attention. The movie starts out with Christopher Robin as a child, but he soon grows up and is now a family man living in London. He is married and has a daughter. One day he receives a surprise visit from his childhood pal Winnie The Pooh and with Christopher's help Pooh and him set off on an adventure to find Tigger, Piglet, Owl, Rabbit, Kanga, Roo, and Eeyore.  Once they are reunited they realize they have to help Christopher Robin rediscover the happiness and joy he needs in his life.

This movie was so good from beginning to end.  I cried, laughed and squeezed my little ones extra tight.  It really makes you realize time is precious so spend it with the ones you love.

My friend Jenny and her family were at the screening too.  I love spending time with her and her family.  We have kids the same age and gender and we both love Disneyland.  She wore yellow in honor of Winnie The Pooh!
