Sloppy Joe Frito Boats

Who doesn't love a Frito bowl? They are quick, easy and so good to eat. The best part about the mix is you can eat it in a bowl or stuff the mix into some bell peppers and make stuffed peppers. Let me share with you how I make it.

Maggiano's Rigatoni D Recipe

One of my favorite restaurants is Maggiano's. When Blake and I lived in San Jose we would go to eat there at least once a week. I even had my college graduation party at Maggiano's. The restaurant holds a special place in my heart and a lot of wonderful memories. Over the last several years we found ourselves heading to LA multiple times a month (before the pandemic) and one of our favorite places to stay is The Farmer's Daughter, right across from The Grove (literally walking distance). So several times a month we would walk across and eat at Maggiano's. It has been just about a year since we have eaten there, so I made it my mission to figure out how to make one of my favorite pasta dishes, Rigatoni D. Tonight I am sharing the recipe with you. It is super simple and my entire family loves it! You can also find it on my IG stories under highlights dinner ideas.

Pixar Popcorn Now On Disney+

Thank you Disney+ for the popcorn to get us excited and ready for Pixar Popcorn which is NOW on Disney+

I am so excited to share that Pixar Popcorn is now on Disney+ starting today!  Pixar Popcorn are a new batch of 10 shorts. It brings back some of our favorite Pixar characters in small short stories that will make you laugh out loud. Carter's favorites are the cars from Radiator Springs challenging each other to a parallel parking contest and Kennedy loved the Parr family zipping around the house doing chores. Pixar Popcorn includes The Incredibles, Finding Dory, Coco, Toy Story, Cars, Soul and more! What is even more awesome are these shorts were all created from the animators' homes. Most of the shorts are dialogue free and they are 1 to 3 minutes long.  So what are you waiting for? Go pop some popcorn and check out the new shorts on Disney+.

My Favorite BINGE-WORTHY TV SHOWS

Boujour!  Christina & Kennedy in Paris.  Blake and I just finished watching Emily in Paris, which was one of my favorite shows we have binged watched lately.  We have watched so many shows over the last year, I wanted to share them with all of you in case you are looking for something new to watch!  This blog post is a long time coming, and I’m sure I’ve forgotten a few shows, but this is a great start if you’re looking for something new to watch!  We usually are traveling so much throughout the year for my work and fun that we never have the time to watch a lot of TV, but boy has that changed since last March.  Here are a list of shows we have watched and I highly recommend.  Let me know if you have a good show that you recommend that I have not watched yet!

Staying Healthy This Season With Heal

Sponsored by Heal

As the pandemic continues to spread in our country and people are practicing social distancing and
staying at home to slow transmission of the virus, more medical consultations are moving online. Heal not only allows patients to meet with doctors and other medical personnel via video call, but they also offer house calls! While the technology has existed for years, the urgency of avoiding in-person contact and facilities where people with COVID-19 are being treated, as well as the possible cost savings of virtual visits, have led to a recent surge in its popularity. The convenience and affordability are obvious benefits, but there is so much more that telemedicine has to offer all of us who would rather not spend so much time driving across town, sitting in waiting rooms for far too long, and taking the chance of going in to the doctor's office feeling well, only to fall sick from the germs we were exposed to along the way. Say goodbye to the traditional way that medical treatment was provided in the past and say hello to the future of healthcare at your fingertips!
