Every year I always do this blog post. It is a little look back at our year and all the fun we had. It usually includes several trips, celebrations, work events and so much more. This year was definitely different and kept us home most of year, but we learned to make the best of it and stay positive. We are excited to see what 2021 holds for us. May this new year bring you much joy and fun. May you find peace, love and success. May this year bring new happiness, new goals, new achievements, new inspirations and above all good health! Wishing you nothing but happiness in the new year. Here’s to another year full of joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Remember, no matter how hard the past has been, you can always begin again! Please remember to stay safe and stay home.

You may not know this, but I have a Bachelor Of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies. I do not teach full time, but I substitute teach at the kids' school. My sister is a teacher at the same school and was pregnant with her first child when she went on maternity leave and I became her long term sub. I was excited to help her out, see my babes periodically every day, and get to know her students. I had no idea that within several weeks our school would close and I would be teaching her students on Zoom from my home while trying to help both of my own kids with virtual distance learning. Here is a photo of Carter visiting me on his lunch break when we were still at school.
My sister had her baby and I became an aunt again.
February
We went to The Zone Britney Spears and it was amazing. Most of you know I am obsessed with Britney Spears. You can read more about it here.
We went to the Onward premiere and it was amazing. You can read more about it here.
Kennedy and Blake attended their first Father Daughter Dance and Kennedy participated in her first talent show at school. She danced to JoJo Siwa Hold The Drama

We watched Trolls World Tour at home and had the best movie premiere right from our own living room. You can read more about it here. We also celebrated Easter at home.
May
We watched Scoob at home and had the best movie premiere in the comfort of our living room. You can read more about it here. We celebrated Kennedy's 6th birthday JoJo Siwa style. You can read more about it here.
June and July
We celebrated my birthday, 16 years of marriage, Fourth Of July, tie dyed everything in sight, made slime, went swimming every day and Blake learned how to cut Kennedy's hair. I also introduced the kids to BSC and I became obsessed all over again with the new Netflix series. Kennedy also learned how to ride her bike without training wheels and we were all so proud!
August
We celebrated Blake's birthday, started virtual distance learning again for the new school year. Carter also received his first communion and we celebrated his 9th birthday Animal Crossing style!
September and October
We had a very big campaign with JoJo Siwa and Amazon for Halloween and we were on the Amazon website. We had a campaign with Disney Family for Maleficent. We dressed up A LOT and had the best time. You can see all of our costumes here.
We did not trick or treat this year, but we had a fun Halloween anyway! Kennedy was JoJo Siwa and Carter was a Pokemon Trainer.
November & December
We spent the holidays at home, cooking, decorating, watching Christmas movies, crafting and being together. We also made several puzzles together. We were so excited the kids' winter break started on November 25th and they actually don't go back until Jan 11th. It has been a nice long break with no Zoom while spending time together and enjoying the holiday season.
We loved The Croods A New Age movie that just came out! You can read more about it here.
Ho Ho Holy Sh*t what a year!
Thank GOD for our Nintendo Switch because it seriously was a life saver this past year. We danced, raced, saved Princess Peach and played A LOT of games.
Our Puzzle obsession began!
Games, toys, LEGO everywhere and I would not have it any other way.
Just some of the loot he got for Christmas. By that smile I think he liked everything.
Some of Kennedy's loot that she got for Christmas. She was very happy too.
What a year! This is just a glimpse into our year. I went from being a stay at home mom, blogger, content creator to a full time lunch lady, janitor, school teacher for two grades, yard duty supervisor, nurse, wife, and more. The list goes on and on. But you know what, I am so thankful for this year. I had my BEST year as a blogger and content creator since I started in 2008. I had my biggest campaigns this year and interviewed celebrities I could not have ever imagined I would meet. I will never again get this much time with my children and we stayed positive, stayed home, and boy did I get creative with making each day fun and different around this house. Thank GOD for the amazing companies I work with. We were able to screen the best new movies before they were released, check out new toys and products before they hit store shelves, Zoom and interview celebrities and so much more. Thank you for following along and I can't wait to see what next year has in store for us!
