In September I was honored to attend a meeting with Nintendo and see their holiday preview. Of course it included games, ornaments, toys and more. So let's find the systems, games, toys, and more that’ll give everyone something to smile about. Nintendo has great gifts for the entire family. There is something for everyone, no matter the age. We absolutely love our Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite. We play as a family, the kids play together, and it is so enjoyable. It is great family time and keeps the kids thinking, playing and being creative. We love it. Each game offers something new and exciting.

Let's talk about new games:
Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet: Journey through a new, open-world PokémonTM adventure. Catch, battle, and train Pokémon in the Paldea Region, a vast land filled with lakes, towering peaks, wastelands, small towns, and sprawling cities. Explore a wide open world at your own pace and traverse land, water, and air by riding on a form-shifting Legendary Pokémon—Koraidon in Pokémon Scarlet and Miraidon in Pokémon Violet. Choose either Sprigatito, Fuecoco, or Quaxly, to be your first partner Pokémon before setting off on your journey through Paldea. You can experience a new style of adventure, with a world that you’re free to explore at your leisure and not in an order dictated by the story. There is no set path on your Paldea adventure, so you can weave freely through your Treasure Hunt consisting of three grand stories. Challenge Gyms and aim to achieve Champion Rank, take on gigantic Titan Pokémon, and face off against the troublemaking Team Star. Along the way, encounter Pokémon that take on a gemstone-like appearance and gain special power thanks to the Terastal Phenomenon.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass: Double your course options with the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass! A total of 48 more courses from throughout the Mario Kart series are racing to the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe game as paid DLC. Courses include those based on real-world locations like Paris Promenade and Tokyo Blur from the Mario Kart Tour game, in addition to nostalgic favorites like DS Waluigi Pinball and Wii Coconut Mall! Content will release in six waves of eight courses until the end of 2023.

Nintendo Switch Sports: Bring the thrill of your favorite sports to life! Get moving with Soccer, Volleyball, Bowling, Tennis, Badminton and Chambara (swordplay) using Joy-Con controllers! Controls are intuitive, so you can hit the court (or lanes, or field or arena) and get started. With controlled motions you can curve your bowling ball, add spin to a tennis shot or even use a Joy-Con with the included Leg Strap accessory to kick the ball in Soccer. The Nintendo Switch Sports game offers multiple options for multiplayer fun, so family and friends can join in on the same system or online. Plus, a seventh sport is planned to be added via a free update this Holiday; get ready to Golf!

Here is a full list of every game we have and I highly recommend them all. We love playing Nintendo Switch as a family, the kids enjoy playing together and it is so much fun. I think it is a great console for all ages. I also love that the kids can take it in the car and on the go when we travel.

I also highly recommend Nintendo Labo kits. It is a fun way to make, play and discover with Nintendo Switch. There are 5 different kits and Carter and Kennedy love them all. It teaches kids to craft and design and make things on their own while using their Nintendo Switch to play!
