On August 15th, 2011 at 8:27 am you came into the world and changed my entire life for the better. You made me a mom and moved my heart in a way I never knew possible. You are so very smart, sensitive, loving, caring, and funny. I could not imagine my world without you. You make my life complete and I love you so much. You are truly a mama's boy and I adore spending all day and night with you. I would not want it any other way. It seems like yesterday I was rocking you to sleep, but now we sit and snuggle and sing our four songs to each other (I hope this lasts forever). Don't ever grow up. You have grown up so much in the last year. You are completely potty trained, you are so smart, you have become a better eater and have tried so many new things, you can get yourself dressed, you love to help me, you are so into super heroes/marvel characters right now, you love to dress up in costumes, you are the best big brother and the most amazing son. I love you so much Carter. Happy 5th Birthday!
