Ingredients: 1 pork tenderloin, 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons orange juice, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup orange marmalade, 1/2 cup cranberry sauce.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl stir together the orange juice, apple cider vinegar, orange marmalade, and cranberry sauce. Place the pork loin in a baking dish. Pour the sauce all over the pork loin and cook for 1 hour. Serve with rice or potatoes or a salad.
