Getting Back TO A Routine After the busyness of the holidays

This post is sponsored by Tyson Foods, Inc. , but all opinions and images are my own

I can't believe it is already the new year and the kids are headed back to school. It is always hard to get back into our routine after the holidays for all of us. We're back to setting an alarm in the morning for school drop off, making breakfast, lunches, dinner, etc. My new year's resolution this year is for my family to try new foods, make a variety of different things for the kids' school lunches, and come up with easy breakfast ideas. Getting back into the routine just got easier with a variety of Tyson products I found at Vons. These easy meal solutions have helped ease me back into life after the busyness of the holidays and I wanted to share them with you.

These Jimmy Dean Delights Turkey Sausage Egg White & Cheese English Muffin Sandwiches are so easy and the whole family loves them. Savory turkey sausage, fluffy egg whites, and real cheese come together on a toasty English muffin made with whole grains for a delicious, portable breakfast at home or on-the-go. I love these sandwiches because I can just place them in the microwave for a few minutes right before we are ready to head out the door and we can eat them in the car on the way to school.

These Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips are a staple in our house. We add these strips to pasta, fajitas, kabobs, salads, wraps and more. We all love them and they are so nice to have on hand to add to meals, and the protein is a nice added bonus. This pasta is so easy to make and takes no time at all. The kids love it in their school lunches.

Ingredients:
1 box (1 pound) pasta, a few drizzles of olive oil, 4 garlic cloves (minced), Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips, 1 pint cherry tomatoes, 1 bag of broccoli (trimmed and cut), 2 tbsp unsalted butter and parmesan cheese.

Directions:
While the water is boiling for the pasta, cook the chicken in a pan on the stove. This should take less than 10 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked cut it into small pieces and set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside. Meanwhile (while pasta is cooking), add a bit of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-heat and add the garlic, tomatoes, broccoli, and cooked chicken. Once the pasta is done, drain the water and add the cooked pasta to a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of butter then add the contents of your skillet with the tomatoes, broccoli, garlic, and chicken. Stir until everything is combined. Serve immediately, topping with parmesan cheese as desired.

We love Hillshire Farm Ultra Thin Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. It is fully cooked and ready to eat. We use this in sandwiches and the kids love a charcuterie tray after school and I always add Hillshire Farm Ultra Thin Oven Roasted Turkey Breast.

Hopefully you are ready to jump into the new year with these easy-to-make and tasty products that fit into your busy schedule and your whole family will love.
