Newport Or Nowhere

We just spent 8 days in Newport Beach and it was amazing. Newport is one of my favorite destinations. The food, the shopping, the people, you are close enough to Disneyland, San Diego, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach and so much more. Blake is in busy season so he could not join us in Newport, but after 6 days he came up to spend the last 2 nights with us. It was so nice to have him. We really missed him. This was Blake's first time ever being away from the kids. Every single day since they were born he has seen both kids. Even when Kennedy was in the hospital or when I gave birth to Kennedy, Blake would go back home and see Carter some time during the day or night and put Carter to bed. Being away from the kids for so many days was really hard for him. We always do everything together. It was so nice to be reunited!
