The Broadway play Wicked (the untold story of the witches of OZ) is here in Fresno from April 6-17. If you have never seen this play, it is a must! It is my favorite Broadway play and I have been blessed to see it several times. The Guilds of Children’s Hospital Central California hosted opening night of Wicked. The Smittcamps invited us to attend with them last night and it was a blast. We were treated to a green carpet affair prior to the show. We were VIP for the night and entered the World of OZ at the Valdez Hall prior to the show for drinks and appetizers by Pardini's (which I love). The decorations inside the Valdez Hall did not disappoint. Everything was green and looked amazing. It was such a fun night. Our seats were awesome. We were seated in the orchestra, just six rows back! Thank you Smittcamps for inviting us to attend with you. I love this play and recommend it for all to see while it is here in Fresno. I am so happy we get such wonderful plays like this in our city. We need to make sure we support and go to these events so they will keep coming to our city.
