Happy 12th Birthday Kennedy

Kennedy turned 12 and celebrated with gifts, shopping, delicious food, family, and lots of fun. It was the perfect weekend celebrating our favorite girl!

DIY Kennedy's Birthday Board

Kennedy is turning 12, so we put together the ultimate birthday surprise board! All you need is a white foam project board, 12 cups, tissue paper, rubber bands, a hot glue gun, stickers, and some fun photos. Arrange the 12 cups on the board to create the number “12” and place a number (1-12) inside each cup. Cover each cup with tissue paper and secure it with a rubber band. Next, label 12 birthday gifts with the numbers 1-12 to match the cups. Then the fun begins! Poke through the tissue paper, reveal the hidden number, and open the matching gift. It’s such a fun and exciting way to count down through birthday presents and makes the celebration even more special. Kennedy absolutely loved it!  Check it out here.

Come On Barbie, Let’s Go to The Grove

No better way I’d want to spend Mother’s Day than with my bestie, taking her to the Barbie x Edikted pop-up at The Gove in LA.  Don’t worry… the boys came along too! I grew up absolutely obsessed with Barbie, and I definitely passed that love onto Kennedy. If you know Kennedy, you know Edikted is one of her favorite brands (I’m not even going to count how many sweatshirts and tops she owns). So when we heard about this pop-up, we knew we had to go!  It was seriously the cutest experience ever exclusive apparel, adorable accessories, vintage Barbie memorabilia, and all the pink girl-power vibes. The employees were so sweet, and I’m so happy I got to experience it with Kennedy.  As a mom, I try every day to give Kennedy and Carter the childhood I always dreamed about, and making memories like this with them is truly my favorite thing in the world!  See all the fun we had here.

Parke x Target Haul: What I Scored (and What I’m Still Hunting For)

The Parke x Target drop went LIVE at midnight on Friday and you already know I was ready.  I got almost everything on my wishlist… except the baseball cap (still not over it ). The Cutest 3 Ingredient Easter Appetizer Trader Joes Edition

I’m going to show you the CUTEST (and easiest) Easter appetizer that only needs 3 ingredients and yes, they’re all from Trader Joe’s . All you need: mini orange bell peppers, onion & chive cream cheese, and fresh dill. Slice the peppers in half, fill them with the cream cheese, and top with a little sprig of dill to turn them into the sweetest little “carrots.” That’s it, adorable, festive, and so easy! Now grab your carrot snacks, head to the living room, and cozy up with the fam for an Easter movie night. How to Build the Perfect Pokémon Easter Basket

Come create a Pokémon Easter basket with me for Carter!  Carter has been obsessed with Pokémon ever since he got his very first card pack in kindergarten. His entire room is Pokémon—cards, figurines, you name it! It’s honestly crazy how much we’ve all learned about Pokémon over the years.  He is SO hard to shop for… but I think I finally found some things he’s going to absolutely LOVE!   We picked out a Pokémon magazine (with a card pack inside ), a few Bandai Pokémon figurines to build, a new shirt, and since he’s been obsessed with the Wings of Fire series , I had to include something for his reading time too. Easter Basket Ideas for Tween Girls

I can’t believe Easter is in 11 days!  Every year I love sharing some Easter basket ideas, especially if you have tweens or teens like I do! Here’s what I put in Kennedy’s basket this year… every girl needs a cute little set for those GRWM mornings. She’s also obsessed with Girls Life magazine, so that was a must. This book series is SO adorable and she cannot get enough of this author! Her latest obsession is Roller Rabbit, and I got so lucky finding a few pieces in her size, this yellow outfit, the cutest pajamas, and even playing cards, because we are currently addicted to playing Gin together.  She already has a few of these LA hats and loves them, so I added a pink one to her collection. I hope she always remembers how special I tried to make every holiday and looks back at her Easter baskets with the sweetest memories. Recently, I was honored to attend a special Nintendo holiday preview event where I got to see all the new magic coming this season. From games and ornaments to toys and yes, the Nintendo Switch 2, it was such an exciting experience.  Nintendo truly has something for everyone, and their holiday lineup is filled with gifts that will make any gamer smile. We absolutely love our Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite. We play together as a family, the kids play with each other, and it always turns into the best quality time. It keeps them thinking, creating, and having fun and I love that.  Each new game brings something fresh and exciting, and this year’s picks are no exception. Here are a few of our favorite things!

100K Subscribers: A Dream Come True, and Only the Beginning!

It all started with just one subscriber. One person who clicked 'subscribe' because they believed in us, and from there, everything began to unfold. We started with sharing product reviews, things we loved, and little moments of joy. What started as a hobby, as something we did just for fun, soon became so much more.

Kennedy!! You’re 11 and already one of the most special people we know. You always go out of your way to include everyone, lift others up, and give your whole heart to everything you do. This year you earned GOLD honor roll all year long, stayed busy interviewing celebrities (!!), attending events, screenings and premieres and worked so hard at every single thing you committed to (cheer, Saints Club, school and more).
