Last month when we attended D23 we stayed at Pixar Place Hotel at the Disneyland Resort. If you are a Pixar fan like us, you are definitely going to want to stay here on your next visit. It is like stepping into all of your favorite Pixar movies. Here are some things you can't miss HERE. If you be visiting the parks soon and looking for a discount on tickets or hotel click HERE!
1. Take your photo with the giant Luxo Pixar lamp as you enter the hotel.
2. Check out the ENTIRE lobby floor. There is a gift shop, abstract glass decor, Great Maple Restaurant, all the sketches and sculptures, The Sketch Pad Cafe, Joe Gardner singing on the piano from the movie Soul, Heimlich couch, Pixar characters embedded on the floors, and more.

The cafe is open from 6am to 11am and has coffee and pastries. It is a great option for a quick breakfast before heading into the parks.
Great Maple is a wonderful restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything is amazing. We love the French toast, the BLT sandwich, the hummus and more!

3. The pool area has a giant Pixar ball on the grass, fireplaces sculpted into Pixar characters, a Finding Nemo inspired rooftop pool deck (you can also watch the nightly park fireworks from this area), there are games and more.

There are several areas where you can sit, eat, play, and even watch the fireworks at night! There are several fire pits inspired by Pixar characters.
4. There are several elevators, but make sure you take the secret Pixar UP elevator, which includes details from the movie. There is only 1!
5. The rooms! They have so many Pixar details. We loved Luxo Jr. Lamp on the desk, and all the Pixar artwork.
6. On the second floor for a limited time check out the Inside Out 2 exhibit.
