ARE YOU READY FOR VALENTINE'S DAY?!

The house is decorated for Valentine's Day and we are wearing our festive love wear! Today I wanted to share our favorite Valentine's Day books, crafts, home decor, apparel, and more.

Say good morning with heart shaped cinnamon rolls. These are so easy to make. All you need are Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Add icing, sprinkles, decorate and enjoy. You can even put your supplies out after the hearts come out of the oven and let your kids decorate their own. Remember, it doesn’t matter what your heart looks like, what matters is how you felt making them. So this Valentine’s Day have fun with your family and enjoy every second.

These raspberry heart shaped hand pies are so good . Lay out your pie crust on parchment paper. Use a heart cookie cutter to create your shape. Fill each heart with whatever filling you prefer. We used raspberry jam and they were delicious. When you put together your heart pies use a fork to seal the edge. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Sprinkle a little powdered sugar over the hearts when they are done.

All you need are some champagne flutes, frosting, sprinkles, cotton candy, straws and we used Martinelli's Sparkling Apple Cranberry. You could use whatever drink you prefer. Save and share and tag me if you make these for your Valentine's this year.

Let's DIY a Valentine's Day sweatshirt. All you need are a sweatshirt and patches. You can either iron on the patches, glue on the patches with fabric glue, or stitch them on with a sewing machine. I love crafting with my daughter. She picked the word LOVE and we even had extra letters and patches to do her backpack. She is ready for the month of love.

If you are looking for a homemade gift to tell your significant other, child, or someone special what they mean to you, here are two really cute crafts that are so simple and affordable.

"52 reasons why I love you." All you need is a full deck of 52 cards, 2 book rings, paper, glue or double stick tape and a pen or marker. Punch two holes on each card, cut square pieces of paper and glue one on each card and add a different reason why you love that person on each card. When you are all done take the two book rings and put it all together.

This book is called "the alphabet of our love." Find a notebook that has 26 pages and on each page put each letter of the alphabet in order. On every page write something about that person that has to do with that letter. Get creative and add photos and special touches. This would make the perfect V-day gift.
