I love a good inspirational sports movie! Get ready to celebrate the story of Kurt and Brenda Warner in American Underdog. It's based on the inspirational true story of Kurt Warner, who overcame years of challenges and setbacks to become a two-time NFL MVP, Super Bowl champion, and Hall of Fame quarterback. Just when his dreams seemed all but out of reach, it was only with the support of his wife, Brenda, and the encouragement of his family, coaches and teammates that Warner persevered and found the strength to show the world the champion that he already was. Based on the book "All Things Possible" by Kurt Warner and Michael Silver. The movie is rated PG, so it is perfect for the whole family and it is 1 hour and 52 minutes.
I love that this movie was a true story. It reminds you that whatever challenges you are faced with you can persevere and that anything is possible when you have faith, family, determination and dedication. It is an uplifting story that we can all watch and learn from.
