A Babysitter's Guide To Monster Hunting NOW ON NETFLIX

With everything going on in the world and Halloween looking different this year, we can all use something fun to distract us and A Babysitter's Guide To Monster Hunting is just that on Netflix now.

When high school freshman Kelly Ferguson (Tamara Smart) reluctantly agrees to babysit Jacob Zellman (Ian Ho) on Halloween, the last thing she expects is to be recruited into an international secret society of babysitters who protect kids with special powers from monsters. In order to keep Jacob safe from harm, Kelly teams with no-nonsense chapter Vice President Liz Lerue (Oona Laurence), tech genius Berna Vincent (Troy Leigh-Anne Johnson), creature expert Cassie Zhen (Lynn Masako Cheng) and potions master Curtis Critter (Ty Consiglio) to defeat a Boogeyman known as "The Grand Guignol" (Tom Felton), a glamorous witch named "Peggy Drood" (Indya Moore) and their legion of mysterious monsters. It is based on the first installment of Joe Ballarini's popular scary book series.

The movie is 1 hour and 46 minutes long.  My children are 9 and 6 and we all loved the movie.  All children are different and have unique perspectives, so watch the trailer and decide what is best for your children and family.  It was a fun movie, kid friendly and perfect in time for Halloween.

On Wednesday we were honored to interview the cast and ask them questions about the movie.  The kids love doing this.  They enjoy thinking of questions and interacting with the cast that they just saw on TV!  The entire cast was so funny.  They answered all of our questions and it was so fun to hear about stories from the set, favorite Halloween costumes, and more.  They had us laughing and smiling the entire time.

Thank you Netflix for the fun box full of goodies.

So gather up the family, make some popcorn, curl up on the couch, light some pumpkins, and turn off the lights and watch A Babysitter's Guide To Monster Hunting!
