The Best Ever Guacamole



Our go to summer appetizer is homemade guacamole served with a big bowl of tortilla chips.  My only advice is make the guacamole just before serving as it will otherwise turn brown.


Ingredients: 2 avocados, 1 garlic clove minced, 1 ripe tomato chopped, 1 lime juiced, salt and pepper to taste, and 1/2 cup of diced red onion.

Directions: Peel and mash avocados in a medium serving bowl. Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice, salt and pepper. Season with remaining lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Chill for half an hour to blend flavors.
