Raven's Home Marathon and Season 3 Finale

Get the kids ready for a fun Sunday… I have the perfect TV escape of fun, hilarity, and hijinks, as well as heartwarming moments for kids and families.  This Sunday, May 3rd, Disney Channel's hit series "Raven's Home" is airing a marathon featuring several of season three's most popular episodes, fan-favorite guest stars and some of the most talked about story lines, including the episode highlighting the risks associated with teen vaping. The four-hour marathon will usher in the season three finale, entitled "Level It Up, " which was co-written by series star and executive producer Raven-Symoné. The marathon begins at 4:00pm ET/PT on Disney Channel, followed by "Level Up" at 8:00pm ET/PT on Disney Channel and in the DisneyNOW app.

"Raven's Home" is a great show the whole family can enjoy together and features a perfect balance of teen antics and sincere moments for your kids who want to enjoy these characters and their adventures on their own.  As you know, the series follows the adventures of whimsical psychic Raven Baxter who is now a single divorced mom of teen twins Booker and Nia. Unlike Raven's teen days on "That's So Raven," in "Raven's Home" Raven isn't the only one in the family who can see into the future – Booker has inherited her abilities. While Booker and Raven's visions lead their hectic household and extended family on many mishaps and madcap adventures, the show features relevant stories and positive messages for today's kids, including: treating others with kindness, standing up for what's right, accepting oneself, counteracting peer pressure, balancing social media, and newfound independence that comes with growing older.

Made for kids age 6-14 and their families, "Raven's Home" is a spinoff of the iconic Disney Channel comedy "That's So Raven" (2003-2007) which followed the somewhat psychic teen Raven Baxter. Now, Raven is a divorced single mom of teen twins, Nia and Booker, and she's not the only one in the family who can catch glimpses of the future—her son Booker has inherited her gift. Just like his mom, Booker can see just enough of the future to try and change it. Hilarity ensues as Raven and Booker try to understand their unpredictable visions while navigating a hectic but loving household that also includes Raven's longtime best friend Chelsea and her son Levi, and Nia's best friend Tess. "Raven's Home" stars: Raven-Symoné as Raven Baxter, Issac Ryan Brown as Booker Baxter-Carter, Navia Robinson as Nia Baxter-Carter, Jason Maybaum as Levi Grayson, Sky Katz as Tess and Anneliese van der Pol as Chelsea Grayson.

"Raven's Home" season three marathon episodes (airing from 4:00pm – 8:00pm ET/PT) on Disney Channel, include: "Foreign Identity," "What About your Friends," "Adolessons," "Close Shave," "Hoop Streams," "Slammed," "On Edge," "In Shoe-encer."

"Level Up" airs at 8p.m. ET/PT on Disney Channel and in DisneyNOW. In "Level Up," Booker, Nia and Tess team up to win the end of the year 8th-grade treasure hunt in hopes they can become Carver Middle school "legends" before they graduate. Meanwhile, Raven and Chelsea land a segment to promote their business on Chris Spring-Lake's new reality makeover show.  Jaleel White guest stars as Chris Spring-Lake.

SPOILER ALERT: The episode features Booker, Nia and Tess dressed in their caps and gowns on their way to their 8th grade graduation. While the episode doesn't feature the kids attending their graduation ceremony, this can still provide a wonderful opportunity to discuss ideas on how kids can celebrate their graduation virtually with their friends and family.

I grew up watching "That's So Raven" and now I love watching "Raven's Home" with my own two children.  We have been so lucky to be able to meet some of the cast from the show over the years at events that we have attended.  They are just so nice.
