Easy Beef Stir Fry With Vegtables


Try this easy beef stir fry with vegetables for dinner tonight, takeout made right at home!

Ingredients: Mr. Yoshida's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce, pre-packaged sliced chunks of beef, a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables, white rice, cashews, and sesame seeds

Directions: I always start my white rice in the rice cooker first.  This usually takes about 20 minutes.  Once the rice is almost done, I cook the beef on the stove in a skillet.  I make sure the beef is cooked and then I add the bag of frozen vegetables, Teriyaki Sauce (to taste), 1/2 cup of cashews, and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.  Cover with a lid and let it cook on low for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
