Sesame Street Live! Let's Party!

Tonight we saw Sesame Street Live at the William Saroyan Theater in Fresno! My kids love Sesame Street and Blake and I grew up watching it too, so we were all excited to see it live. Sesame Street Live! Let's Party! We joined in the fun as the characters of Sesame Street discovered choosing a party theme is more challenging than they could have ever imagined. We learned new songs and sang along to familiar favorites with Oscar and Cookie Monster, built a snowman with Elmo, flapped our wings with Big Bird, marveled at Abby’s magic, moved to the rhythm with Rosita, and were amazed when Super Grover flew through the air.

Sesame Street Live! Let's Party! is a 90-minute musical production (including one 15-minute intermission) featuring a dynamic soundtrack, choreography, and dazzling lights and special effects. We all loved it from beginning to end.

There was a pre-show meet and greet and it was so fun. Carter and Kennedy loved the one on one time with their favorite Sesame Street characters. Ever dream of taking a stroll down one of the most recognizable streets in the world? During the Sesame Street Live! pre-show experience, you have the opportunity to tour the on-stage neighborhood of your favorite, furry friends before they arrive for the main show.   A variety of interactive activities give children the chance to create, discover and learn as they help decorate for the upcoming party featured in Sesame Street Live! Let’s Party! They may even see their artwork displayed onstage during the show, which was so cool for the kids to see.  The pre-show is only offered before select shows. Check show listings in your area for availability. Tickets to the pre-show experience are available only with the purchase of a show ticket to Sesame Street Live! Let’s Party!

This was a craft area where you could make Sesame Street characters

I love that Carter and Kennedy got to see a story happening live in front of them. They had so much fun! They sang, danced, and clapped along to the music.

Carter got to go on stage with Grover!

I am so glad we brought our camera because I was able to capture every funny, furry moment!
There are some great souvenirs too! There is also lots of flashing lights, spotlights and even confetti at the end.
