Blake and I attended the annual Harvest Ball last night. The Harvest Ball benefits programs and services at Children's Hospital Central California, providing a healthy future for Valley children. Bill & Linda Smittcamp and family hosted the event at their Wawona Ranch packing facility. We had a wonderful time. It was an elegant affaire, and an all around fun night. Thank you Blake, Cherie, Bill, and Linda for having us as your guests. This was our 6th year attending and we always love going to this event! Attending the event this year especially hit home since last November we spent a week at Children's Hospital and Carter had to have surgery there. I pray I never have to see the inside of that hospital again, but I am so grateful that we have it close by.
