Carter is 1 month old today. It is hard to believe a month has gone by already. We went to his 1 month check up this morning and he weighs 10 lbs 8 oz and he is 22 inches long. That means he has already gained over 3 pounds and has grown almost 3 inches in just one short month! Our little guy is getting so big. He is starting to smile and respond with cooing sounds when we talk to him, but basically he eats and sleeps most of the time. I love being a mommy and I honestly could hold him all day. I do put him down though, so I can get things done. I have started subbing again and Grandma Nikki has loved watching him. This month has gone by way too fast. Looking forward to all the adventures and memories we will make in the months ahead!
