Tonight Blake took me to see Wilson Phillips in concert at the Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino. Wilson Phillips released a Christmas album this year called Christmas in Harmony so they were doing a Christmas tour and one of their stops was Chuckchansi, which is about an hour from our home. We drove in the pouring rain and had the best time! We were 6 rows back from the stage!! We gambled a little bit, ate dinner, and saw an amazing concert filled with lots of Christmas songs, and of course they played some of their old classics from the 90's! I was singing the whole time! When I was little I always wanted to be Chynna Phillips. I would sing in my bedroom with my microphone and mic stand to Hold On, Release Me, and You're in Love. It brought back great memories! After the concert, I was lucky enough to get my picture with Chynna, Wendy, and Carnie. They were so nice! It was a fantastic evening! I still can't get the smile off my face!
