Today we celebrated the digital release of Zootopia 2 with one big Zootenial Party at Walt Disney Animation Studios! The studio was transformed into a Reptile Ravine haven complete with themed treats, drinks, food, and photo ops. We learned how to draw Gary De’Snake with a Disney animator, interviewed filmmaker Byron Howard (director), Yvett Merino (producer), and Yvette Nicole Brown, who voices two characters in the movie, interviews coming soon! It’s always a good day when you get to spend time with Yvette Nicole Brown. I first met her at Dancing with the Stars several years ago and was a huge fan of her work. Over the years, my kids have fallen in love with her through Lady and the Tramp, Disenchanted, Muppets Haunted Mansion, and so much more.
She is always such a joy to be around and truly an absolute icon. This was our first time interviewing her and it was so fun learning more about her two roles in Zootopia 2 and what she loves most about voice acting.
