It was a Smurf-tacular time on the blue carpet for the Smurfs Premiere at Paramount Pictures in Los Angeles! Carter and Kennedy worked the blue carpet, and the moment we stepped in, it felt like we were transported straight into Smurfs Village — flowers, mushrooms, bubbles, and so much color and fun! We had the honor of chatting with the cast, creators, and more.

We were all a little speechless meeting the legendary John Goodman on Sunday! He’ll always be Sulley from Monsters, Inc. in our house, but he’s given us so many iconic roles — Fred Flintstone, Big Daddy in The Princess and the Frog, voices in Disney Pixar Cars, Bee Movie, Emperor’s New Groove, and of course Dan Conner in Roseanne and The Conners.

Kennedy told him it was an honor to meet him and shook his hand — make sure you listen for his funny reply! After photos and our interview, we had a sweet moment just chatting. He was so genuine, kind, and this is definitely a memory we’ll never forget.

We love him as Blue Beetle, Miguel in Cobra Kai, and now he’s bringing Brainy Smurf to life in The Smurfs Movie, hitting theaters this Friday, July 18th! He’s talented, funny, and always so genuine — we’re huge fans and can’t wait to see what he does next.
