All you need is a piece of green felt (12x18), a glue gun and a red feather. 1. fold downwards in half (hamburger style). Make sure the folded end is at the top and the open end is at the bottom. 2. Fold the top two corners down and glue. 3. Fold the bottom piece up and glue. 4. Flip the hat over and fold the bottom piece up and glue. 5. Add a red feather, glue it into the hat and you are done.
