Growing up there was nothing better than sitting on the couch watching Disney Channel Original movies on TV. Who am I kidding, even now showing these classic movies to the kids is still the best. The nostalgia is incomparable and Disney Channel is releasing an 8 week event called DCOM and Dessert. It will feature Disney stars, desserts, and original movies!
This will be happening on the Disney Channel from April 5 through May 24 and will include appearances from stars of several Disney Channel Original Movies and an on-air baking segment hosted by Ariel Martin and Chandler Kinney. The baking segment will be virtual and will offer easy-to-follow dessert recipes for viewers to enjoy woven into the interviews with the actors.
Each week, a different movie will be the topic of discussion and the line-up includes The Proud Family Movie, Cheetah Girls, Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century, Kim Possible Movie: So Not The Drama, Cadet Kelly, High School Musical, Smart House, and Camp Rock.
