Sharing A Kitchen Staple

This post is sponsored by the makers of Hidden Valley® Ranch but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker is a kitchen staple. It automatically adds flavor to any appetizer, meal or snack in our house. It is so convenient and easy to use. Just sprinkle it on any meal to add flavor. For me personally after taking care of the kids, cleaning the house, and blogging, I like easy weeknight meals and Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker just adds flavor and makes every meal more delicious. My kids love it.

It is so convenient, simple and delicious. They are great for parties, events and will spice up any meal. I wanted to share two recipes that we love with all of you that include the Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker.

Ingredients: ½ cup butter, 1 bag (10 ounces) mini pretzels or whole wheat pretzels, 5 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker

Directions: Preheat the oven to 300°F. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Place the pretzels in a large shallow roasting pan. Drizzle the butter over the pretzels, tossing to mix well. Sprinkle Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix over the pretzels and bake for 15 minutes. Stir pretzels and continue to bake until crisp, about 15 minutes (The pretzels will crisp even more as they cool). Place the pretzels in a bowl and serve. My kids love these as a snack after school.

Ingredients: 1 large head cauliflower (cut into 1½-inch florets), 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 3⁄4 cup panko crumbs, 11⁄2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix, Minced fresh parsley.

Directions: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Scatter cauliflower florets evenly over a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Roast for about 25 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking time, until the florets are browned in spots and cooked through. While the cauliflower is cooking, melt the butter in a skillet set over medium heat. When it is just beginning to brown and smell nutty, add the panko crumbs and the Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker. Cook, stirring frequently, until crumbs are golden brown and toasty, 5-7 minutes. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and top with the breadcrumbs. Garnish with parsley and serve for dipping with Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing or your favorite dip. This is seriously the only way I get my kids to eat their vegetables!

So next time you are making your grocery list make sure you add Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker to the list because you won't regret it!
