The Ultimate Blueberry Muffin Recipe

So just recently I discovered blueberry muffins. It's not like I never have had a blueberry muffin, but I would not say blueberries are my favorite fruit or blueberry muffins are my favorite muffin choice. On the other hand, Kennedy has been BIG on blueberry muffins since the day she tried one at Starbucks and has been hooked ever since. Recently I decided I needed to try this blueberry muffin to see what all the fuss is about it and it was seriously amazing, but make sure you have the Starbucks peeps warm it up for you! Oh my goodness, it is seriously so good! I think what makes it so good is the streusel on top. So I am sharing my blueberry muffin and streusel recipe with all of you!

I am a huge fan of this Betty Crocker muffin mix because it comes with a can of real blueberries. I just buy this muffin mix and follow the step by step directions. Once the muffin mix is in individual muffin wrappers before I put them into the oven I add the streusel mix on top.

In a mixing bowl I add 3/4 cup of flour, 3/4 cup of sugar, 5 tablespoons of melted butter, and a pinch of salt. I mix all 4 ingredients together and sprinkle evenly over the muffins and bake them for however long the directions say on the muffin box.
