Lauren Conrad's book, LA Candy, hit shelves Tuesday and she kicked off her book tour at Barnes & Noble at The Grove in LA. She greeted the fans with a smile and posed with the first in her series of young adult novels. My sister Ashley, Blake, and I attended and it was such a fun day. Ashley and I bought our books when we arrived at The Grove and then we shopped the rest of the day until it was time to go to the book signing later that evening. Lauren Conrad was so nice and very pretty in person. She signed my book and the new issue of Cosmopolitian magazine that she is on the cover. Thanks Ashley for coming, so I don't have to do crazy things like this by myself and a special thank you to Blake for driving us and spending the day with Ashley and I enduring yet another celebrity encounter. You are the best!
